My name is Blake Mostyn and I play drums for Delta Sleep. Ever since i was 5 years old, I have played the drums. My earliest musical influences include Trance, UK Garage and Jungle. I then graduated onto Nu Metal where I fused my earlier “club orientated influences” with my new found love for the powerful, backbeat driven sound of Nu Metal. After that, I feel in love with the early 2000’s Post Hardcore and UK Grime scene. All of these genres have lead to my syncopated, linear style that has always been fuelled by power and passion. I am also a professional drum teacher and love passing on whatever tip and tricks I have come across over my years of playing.
