BIO

Leigh Holley has been playing drums since he was young, growing and developing as an artist through his teen and young adult life. His inspiration comes from many genres, usually from Nu-Metal, Punk-Rock and Hard-Rock artists. He’s currently playing with Maidenhead titans “Circus 66” providing sleazy grooves, solid beats for a Hard-Rock band pushing their way through the scene. They’ve had airplay on Planet Rock, Hard Rock Hell Radio and BBC Introducing, including live lounge sessions. Circus 66 have just released their debut album “Follow The Black Crow” receiving rave reviews with a solid production of 10 huge songs including singles “A Thousand Miles From Home”, “Monster” and “Jekyll or Hyde”. The final track of the album concludes with almost 10 minutes of pure face-melting rock. Leigh plays with custom 5B sticks, tweaked to slightly longer length, short taper and a chunky feel for them big-beat sounds. He plays a Mapex Mars, with Zildjian A-Customs and Paiste 900’s with red Evans Hydraulic heads, a very nice combo with the Mars in nightwood, with fully black hardware.
