I’m from Switzerland. I started playing piano when I was 10. Did it for 2 years. Then moved to drums when I was 14. I did it for 3-4 years in a music academy. I then stopped for a few years due to studies and less time on my hands. But then my 4 best mates started a band, and played for a couple of years around our area. They also recorded 2 EPs. In 2012 they decided to move to London to try to make it there. But the drummer didn’t want to move. So after looking for a drummer, one night we were out and thought “What if Luca tried on the drums?”. The next day we were in the rehearsal room, and we practiced about 10 hours per week for 3 months. I’ve learned the songs, and the drumming came back to me quite naturally. We had 3 shows in the summer of 2013 then we all moved to London and started from scratch. Since then, we still have the same line-up. It’s a band that starts with being best mates, and the music still brings us together and closer. None of us can imagine playing in another band (except for featuring or collaborations). We played more than 40 gigs in our first year in the UK, trying to play as often as possible and starting growing a fanbase. After a year, we’ve met a manager, which we worked with for 5 years. In fall 2019 we parted ways and we are self-managed since then (myself and another guy from the band). We worked with different booking agents over the years, but we’re now in a solid relationship with Ben Ward at ‘Route One Booking’. We’ve toured the UK regularly since 2018. We’ve done 18 dates as support for the band ‘Bad Touch’. We’ve toured with ‘King Creature’, ‘The Dust Coda’ or ‘Deever’. On our latest tour in March 2020, we had support from the like of ‘Ryders Creed’, ‘Empyre’ or ‘Twister’. For this past 1,5 year of Covid, we’ve done a few live streams (on our own and with other bands), did quite a few ‘Giveaway’ competitions and always got a great response from our fans. Now that the Live Music scene is back on his feet (slowly but surely!) we’ve played quite a few festivals (Bloodstock, Rockin The Bowl or Planet Rockstock to name a few) and are going on a UK Tour in December 2021. An European tour is also happening in April 2022. Exciting times!
