Who we are

London Drumstick Co. ("LDC", "we", "us") makes hand-turned custom drumsticks. This policy explains what personal data we collect through londondrumsticks.co.uk, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Account details — name, email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
Order details — delivery address, contact details and purchase history when you place an order. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Design & artwork data — saved stick designs, uploaded logos/artwork files and name-print text you provide for personalisation.
Marketing data — your email address if you join The Rider newsletter or claim a welcome offer, plus open/click statistics from our email provider.
Technical data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, used to improve the site.

To make and deliver your orders, including sending order confirmations, proofs and shipping updates.
To run your account: saved designs, Beat Tokens, referrals and order history.
To send marketing emails where you have opted in — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Trusted processors only, and only what they need: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional and marketing email), our production team (order specifications and artwork), delivery carriers (name and address) and Temple of Sound, our distributor, where required to fulfil trade orders. We never sell your personal data.

Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax law. Account data is kept while your account is active. Uploaded artwork is kept so we can reproduce your designs on reorder — you can delete files from your account at any time. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email hello@londondrumsticks.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

We use essential cookies to keep your basket and login session working, and a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. No advertising cookies are set.
