Shipping Policy

Every order leaves our workshop tracked. UK orders get fast, flat-rate delivery, qualifying UK orders of £100 or more ship free, and we deliver internationally to supported destinations. Here's everything you need to know.

Shipping at a glance

Drumsticks don't qualify for the Small Accessory (Large Letter) price — even under 1kg, their length means they always travel as a parcel.

Processing, production & delivery times

Three things affect when your order arrives: how quickly we process it, any production time for made-to-order products, and the carrier's transit time. Delivery estimates always start from the moment your order is dispatched, not the moment you place it.

Custom, personalised and made-to-order drumsticks are hand-turned to your spec and can take up to 21 days to produce. The lead time shown on the product page and your order confirmation always takes priority over general estimates.

Tracking & carriers

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched, wherever tracking is available. Depending on destination, parcel size, weight and contents, we may use Royal Mail, DHL, UPS or another appropriate carrier — always under the service level you chose at checkout.

Free UK delivery

• ·Qualifying order value: £100 or more, calculated after discounts and promo codes

• ·Upgrade to Priority for £1.50 on qualifying free-delivery orders
• ·Bulky products and items needing a specialist courier may be excluded
• ·Orders that need more than one parcel are charged per parcel rather than shipping free
• ·Items dispatched from separate locations may carry their own delivery charge

Free gifts and delivery

When your basket unlocks a free gift, the gift itself costs you nothing — but it adds weight to the parcel, which can change the postage, particularly on international orders. We cover the first £5.00 of any extra delivery cost the gift creates; anything beyond that is included in the shipping price you see at checkout before you pay. If your order has already earned free UK delivery, it stays free — a gift will never turn free delivery into a charge. Don't want the extra postage? Remove enough from your basket to drop below the gift threshold and the gift comes off with it.

Small accessory orders

The lower Small Accessory price applies only when your complete packed order fits our fulfilment partner's Large Letter size and weight limits. Eligibility is worked out automatically at checkout from packed dimensions and weight — adding drumsticks or anything larger simply moves the order to the parcel service. Being under 1kg alone doesn't qualify.

Separately fulfilled products

Merchandise, print-on-demand products, cymbals and certain specialist items may be dispatched from a different location. When that happens, items may arrive separately, each shipment gets its own tracking, and any separate delivery charge is shown clearly before you pay.

Large, heavy & multi-parcel orders

Orders beyond standard parcel limits — big drumstick quantities, cymbals, practice pads, multiple bags — may need more than one parcel, a specialist courier, an extra charge or a manual quote. Anything extra is always shown at checkout or agreed with you before payment is taken.

International delivery

International pricing depends on the destination, packed weight, dimensions, product type and available tracked services.

Where we have a verified rate for your destination it appears automatically at checkout. Where we don't, you'll see "Shipping quote required" — contact us with your basket and destination and we'll quote you promptly. We never guess international prices.

Current international checkout rates are provisional and under review with our fulfilment partner; final rates are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties & import taxes

International orders may attract import VAT, customs duties, courier clearance fees or local taxes. These are charged by the destination country and are not included unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. UK VAT is removed from export orders at checkout. If import charges are refused and the parcel is returned, reasonable return or redelivery costs may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted — see our returns process.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your address before completing your order. Once an order enters fulfilment we can't guarantee changes, and addresses can't normally change after dispatch. Spot an error? Contact us straight away and we'll do our best. Costs caused by an incorrect address or a failed delivery may need to be charged, and redelivery may require a new delivery fee — we'll always talk to you first.

Delayed or lost orders

• ·Check your tracking link first — most parcels are simply mid-journey
• ·Allow the carrier's stated delivery window to pass
• ·Then contact us with your order number
• ·We'll investigate with our fulfilment partner and the carrier, and sort a replacement or refund in line with consumer law

Damaged deliveries

• ·Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product
• ·Keep all packaging
• ·Contact us promptly with your order number and a description

Split orders

We avoid splitting orders from the same location wherever possible. If a split is needed (different lead times or origins), you'll get separate dispatch notifications, no extra charges are ever added after checkout without your agreement, and your order history shows which items belong to each shipment.
