John Kane

John Kane – With more than 35 years of experience on the UK and Irish rock scene, John has performed at major festivals and venues, sharing the stage with Dr. Feelgood, Paul Jones’ Blues Band, Juicy Lucy and Doctor and the Medics. Currently the drummer for Kardinal X, he draws inspiration from Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Dio, Saxon and his hero Cozy Powell, delivering a powerful and driving groove that defines his style. John plays Saxon’s 2019 North American tour kit, previously owned by Nigel Glockler, with Gibraltar hardware, Duallist drums & pedals and Meinl cymbals, alongside London Drumstick Company custom printed Pro Hickory 5B sticks.
